Week 1 : Update

Pictures: Yes my skin looks darker than the first pictures. I am dark skinned, it just happened to be brighter in the room when I took the pictures. But I am wearing the same thing. But yes I have gotten bigger. Yay! Super excited!



 
Feelings: I still feel amazing! My Thighs are a little sore and so are my breasts, which would be partly because I am PMSing [ I think ] . But I do feel great, my mood is amazing. My buns are super jiggly now, they are very soft and they jiggle now. My mom noticed that my butt was getting bigger, which shows that I am not going crazy when I walk past the mirror and see my rump poking out.
Recommendations: If you have access to one, I recommend walking on a treadmill on the highest incline for 20 minutes once a week. I currently went at the same speed of 2 mph, but next time I am going to do the training programs that varies in speeds but is still on an incline. ALSO! So apparently only SOME of my fish oil pills are odorless because I popped one open the other day and I almost gagged! I coudl barely sleep in my bed because it was all over my sheets and comforter, and I didn't want to wash it because I heard that it doesn't work. I do have a dog, so I have febreeze spray specifically for pet odors and it works. I tried the regular febreeze that I have for my curtains, and it didn't do anything at all but mix in with the odor, but the pet odor spray did work. I also have a lysol pet odor spray that worked as well. I also wear the same sweats to bed every night, so I don;t have to worry about everything smelling like fish.
If any of you ladies have tried anything that has worked let me know so I can try! HAPPY GROWING !Growth Summary: I have gained about 1.5 inches on my breast and hips in 1 week and I have gone down almost an inch in my waist! WHOOO! My butt also stick out about 6 inches yay! That is some great motivation. I have slacked off on the working out. I don't do it every day or rather not as much as I should, so I suppose if I really was on that I would gain some more inches.

Pictures: I apologize for the amount of tagging on my pictures, but I wanted you to be sure who they came from. You can still see my basic shape, I am very slender I have a little curve but not much. My Hips most def, cave in. lol

I am trying to fill these legging out ;]

Feelings: I feel great. When I was pregnant, prenatals would, on occasion, make me a little nauseous which I felt today. But it was to be expected, and after about 2 minutes it goes away. Other than that, I feel AMAZING, my mood is amazing, I am usually a very irritable person but that has passed. As far as my body goes, I SWEAR I feel a difference, my breasts definitely feel heavier, and they look heavier and my butt feels a little different, but it could all be psychosomatic. My butt does itch a little, which I heard it meant things were working, and I am sore from the workouts, but other than that, everything else feels great.
Recommendations: I am using the odorless fish oil pills and they truly are odorless. I smell nothing but a very, and I mean VERY faint smell of metal, which goes away after I put lotion on. It doesn’t stain any of my clothing and it does not leave a lingering smell. After I apply the fish oil, I lay on a heating pad for about 15 minutes, just to make sure it really gets into my skin. I am also considering adding Pueraria Mirifica or Fenugreek as well, starting next week. It is said to help with breast enlargement. I am not 100% as of yet because I have heard conflicting results on both pills. I also would recommend that you should mix maca powder VERY WELL. That stuff tastes HORRIBLE. I mix mine with chocolate soy milk, and it masks the taste pretty well even though I can still taste it.
If any of you ladies have tried anything that has worked let me know so I can try! HAPPY GROWING !
Growth Summary: My breasts and butt feel heavier but I do not have any significant growth to report. As of yet.

Here is my morning and night workouts that I am doing, so I can get the MAXIMUM bootyliciousness ;]

My Morning 5-Minute Brazilian Butt Lift Workout

1. Plie

• Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, arms at sides, toes turned out.
• Tuck tailbone under and contract glutes.
• Lower body into a plié squat as low as you can go without allowing knees to creep past toes.
• Simultaneously raise arms to shoulder height in front of body, palms down. Hold for 2 seconds, then return to starting position.
• After 20 reps, pulse at the bottom for 20 seconds.

2. Touchdown


• Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointed forward.
• Squat down until knees are bent 90 degrees.
• Squat down until knees are bent 90 degrees.
• Step left leg back into a deep reverse lunge, placing right hand along outside of right thigh or touching the floor.
• Raise left hand in front of face, palm facing out.
• Return to starting position and repeat, alternating sides.

3. Explosive Lunge


• Lunge forward with left leg until knee is bent 90 degrees, directly over ankle, right knee pointing toward floor.
• Jump up, pushing off the floor with both feet. Switch legs in midair, landing with right foot forward in a lunge. Continue, alternating sides.

4. Single-Leg Squat with Towel

• Stand with feet together, toes pointed forward, arms at sides with right foot on top of a small folded towel.
• Shifting weight to left leg, bend left knee 45 to 90 degrees while sliding right leg and towel slowly out to the side as far as is comfortable for a count of 4.
• Slowly draw right leg back to start for a count of 4 while straightening left leg.
• Repeat for 30 seconds; switch sides.

5. Squat with Kick-Back

• Stand with legs shoulder-width apart, arms at sides.
• Sit back into a squat keeping weight on heels, then lift right leg straight behind you, keeping hips pointing forward while extending arms.
• Return to start and switch sides.


My Night Time 20-Minute Bootylicious Workout

What you'll need: A sturdy chair
Single Sky Bridge

• Lie faceup on floor with legs extended and heels resting on the seat of a chair, arms by sides, palms down.
• Lift right leg straight over hip, foot flexed. Slowly lift hips off floor until body forms a straight line from left heel to left shoulder; lower.
• Do 20 reps, keeping leg lifted, then lower butt to floor. Switch legs; repeat.

Tree Twist


• Stand on tiptoes, feet together, a couple of feet behind chair, hands on top of chair back.
• Keeping back flat, hinge forward slightly from waist and lift bent left knee to hip level in front of you, left foot by right knee.
• Keeping upper body still and left foot by right knee, slowly bring left knee directly out to side; slowly return knee to center.
• Do 10 reps, staying on tiptoes; switch legs and repeat.

Step-Up, Kick-Back


• Stand facing chair, feet hip-width apart, hands on hips.
• Step onto seat with right foot and lift bent left knee to hip level in front of you.
• Hinge forward slightly from waist and kick left leg behind you. Bring knee back to hip level as you straighten up.
• Lower left foot to floor, step right foot off seat and lunge right leg behind you; repeat step-up.
• Do 10 reps; switch legs and repeat.

Squat Dip

• Stand two feet from front of chair, facing away, feet hip-width apart, hands on hips.
• Lift left leg and place top of left foot on seat behind you.
• Lower into a single-leg squat, keeping right knee behind right toes and dipping left knee toward the floor; straighten right leg to stand.
• Do 15 reps; switch legs and repeat.

Sky Squat


• Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms by sides.
• Squat slowly (count to 4 on the way down) until both knees are bent 90 degrees and raise straight arms to shoulder level in front of you.
• Immediately rise out of squat, lift heels off floor (rising onto tiptoes) and raise arms straight overhead; hold for two seconds.
• Return to squat position.
• Do 15 reps.

Donkey Kick

• Get on your hands and knees, with wrists aligned under shoulders and knees under hips.
• Drawing your abs in, lift your left leg parallel to the floor, with knee bent, foot flexed.
• Return to starting position and repeat 15 to 20 times.

Let me start off by saying that I can be a little skeptical. I find it hard to believe something unless I have solid evidence. Which is why it’s hard for sales people to sell me things, I love to analyze statements. I wouldn’t say that I OVER-analyze things, but I do like to do my research. Now with that being said, I’m sure you are wondering how exactly that relates to this particular blog, you are about to find out.
I have always been a little self conscious about my body. Now before people go and judge, I love myself, I do have very high self esteem, I just get a little self conscious when I wear certain outfits because they don’t quite fill out too right. I have a shape similar to Olive Oil, maybe not as drastic but I am pretty lanky, and I am very slender. I have mile longs legs, that are very nice and nice flat stomach, but that’s it. No curves, just a lot of bones that poke out here and there. It doesn’t help that I am of Dominican decent, where most of the women are very curvy, and it doesn’t help that I live in society that glorifies the curves of women like Nicki Minaj, Kim Kardashian and Amber Rose. It sort of wears down on you when you constantly hear people telling you how skinny you are, how you need to eat more, how you need to put on some weight, how you used to have curves when you were younger. I hear it every day, males have actually told me that they would look better if I put on a few pounds, and they have encouraged me to get plastic surgery, WOW! Now I am not one to put down people who decide to opt for surgery, because I was one of those women. My feelings on surgery is, if it makes you happy, go for it. I am not living your life, I am not you, so therefore I have no say on what decisions you choose for YOUR life. I researched plastic surgery for years, and have actually gotten some quotes and have gone on some consultations. I was not doing it to try and impress some man that told me to get it, but I wanted to get surgery for me.
So I researched and researched and researched until I came across people who were using herbal supplements to enhance their curves. So I started researching the pills, and yes, some women had some amazing results, so I considered buying some, but something held me back. I just couldn’t bring myself to spend nearly $1,000 on some pills that may or may not work! Because let’s face facts, it may have worked for those women but that doesn’t mean that it would work for me. So I still researched and contemplated on saving my income tax to buy these pills, but I just really couldn’t bring myself to do it, so I did some more research to see if there was a cheaper way to achieve some type of results, and my research was not in vain. I found some women who used some products and CLAIMED that they saw amazing results, the products they used were very inexpensive and wouldn’t harm their bodies. Sure it SOUNDED plausible, but there was no PICTURE evidence. What made me more skeptical was that every time someone asked these women for pictures they always had an excuse for why they couldn’t post pictures. Even with that, I wasn’t completely unconvinced that what they were doing wasn’t working, and that is where my journey began.
In my research, I found that while most times the same regimen was used, just different ingredients, so I decided which ingredients I felt had the best results according to those that have used it.

The main ingredient used was Fish Oil with Vitamin E oil: Supposedly, fish oil will help add layers of fat to you buttocks, and the vitamin E is to replenish the elasticity and moisture in the skin that the properties of the fish oil deplete.


Prenatal Vitamins: Now when I was pregnant I took prenatals, obviously. When I took them I actually gained weight. Now you are probably thinking well duh you were pregnant, however my baby had stopped growing at around 4 months, but I was still gaining weight like he was still growing. My doctor said that it could’ve been because of the prenatal vitamins. I am not sure why the other women took them, but it did help me gain weight, so I threw it in there. My doctor told me that it is not unsafe for me to take them because they are not prescription, so it’s like taking a multivitamin.


Soy Isoflavones: Soy adds womanly curves and is recommended for women who need to gain weight in the feminine areas; such areas as the hips, thighs, legs and buttocks region. In addition, the rumor is that soy has estrogen-like effects is true.



Maca Root Pills: Maca Root is also rumored to help women achieve a more curvaceous body. Yes, many Maca Root users have increased their booty size to a more curvaceous appeal! Even more interestingly there are women who attribute the use of Maca to more plentiful breasts! There are many message boards filled with woman who make these claims! This is only possible because Maca is an adaptogen, so if a woman's breast didn't grow as they should because let's say their estrogen was too low, and then with Maca their estrogen was balanced and breast growth accrued. The same goes for those who experienced gain in the bottom half from taking Maca Root. Some women describe this by saying that it seemed like the weight started distributing differently. Instead of going straight to the arms and belly, fat seemed to be attracted to the butt, breast, hips and thighs.  I also use maca root powder in tea, so I have maca in my system for most of the day.

               There are also lower body exercises that you can do along with this to help the results, such as lunges, squats and donkey kicks.
              
I am going to try this regimen for 6 months. So if it does work, at least I’ll be hot for the summer. Now I am sure you are asking, "If this is all it takes, how come everyone doesn’t use it?" Because we live in an impatient society, people want results right away and I am sure that this will take some time. People always want dramatic results, which I am sure this will not provide and I don’t want anyway. I am looking for noticeable not ridiculous change. I figure if this doesn’t work, I haven’t lost a large amount of money, and I have not harmed my body so no harm no foul. This study will provide REAL results with REAL pictures for you. I was tired of READING about results without SEEING anything.

Date: Starting January 10th, 2011 until July 4th, 2011

Regimen:
Morning:
After showering, rub 1 fish oil capsule on each cheek, and massage for 3 minutes. (2 Fish oil capsules in the morning), followed by rubbing vitamin E oil on each cheek
Take 1 Maca Root Pill
Take 2 Soy Isoflavones Pills
Take 1 Prenatal Vitamin
Do my 5 minute Brazilian butt lift exercise.

Throughout the day:
Drink 3 glasses of tea with ¼ tsp. of maca powder.

Night:
Rub 1 fish oil capsule on each cheek, and massage for 3 minutes. (2 Fish oil capsules at night), followed by rubbing vitamin E oil on each cheek
Take 1 Maca Root Pill
Take 2 Soy Isoflavones Pills
Do longer butt lifting exercise

Beginning Weight:  122
Beginning Measurements: 32-27.5-37

Goal Weight: 130
Goal Measurements: 35-26-40
